Ronald, 43 years of age, is the Chief of the Campbell City Police Department. Ronald wears a white shirt and black tie underneath his navy police chief uniform which consists of five stars on each shoulder. He has two small golden eagles pinned to the opposite sides of the suit's collar. He has two CCPD logos on his sleeves and wears a CCPD badge pinned to the right side of his suit. Ronald has brown hair which is under his Chief hat and he has brown eyes. Chief Harrison's favorite animal is a parrot and his favorite food is lasagna. He is caring, strict, and optimistic.

Meeting Chief Harrison[]
In the opening cutscene of the first case of Campbell City, the player arrived at the Campbell City Police Headquarters, with Chief Harrison, who is delighted to have the player in his team. He warmly welcomes the player to the ranks of the Campbell City Police Force, only to introduce himself. Ronald then confirmed that Detective Everett Winston and Junior Officer Reena Hollingsworth were assigned to be the player's partners in their investigations, but as Reena was on vacation with her family in Palm Beach, he first introduced the player to Everett. He then made the suggestion for Everett to kick things off by visiting the district's interesting sights, as it was the hometown of the available partner. In an act of excitement, Everett agreed and both the player and Everett went off to roam around town.

It is known that Chief Harrison was born in Sandy Hollow and will help his team when they need it. It is also known that he is the child of Blake Harrison and Velma Harrison.
