Case Background[]
The victim,Dave Simmons was found eaten by rats and his neck tied up with a rope and his body is hanging down.
At the 3rd chapter,the killer was revealed as Charles Weather.During the moment,Charles said that he killed Dave is because of his revenge for bullying him in Elementary and even always throwing rats on his foods during break.This makes Dave was transferred.Later Mary told him that they are just young on that time.While Charles deosn't agree.Also Charles attemps to pour acid on his body but was failed when he heared Hugh was walking straight on the house.Hugh also told them that he has a musophobia so that he can't do it.Although Charles was sentenced a life in jail after doing the murder.
